Refunds & Cancellations
1. Refund 100%
- • Refund 100% is only applicable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
2. Cancellation Fee
- • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total bouquet price will be applied if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
3. Greeting Card Revisions
- • Greeting card revisions can be done once for free.
- • Additional revisions will incur a printing fee of Rp10,000 per revision.
4. Delivery Schedule
- • The agreed delivery schedule cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, except in emergencies.
5. Refund Conditions
- • Refunds are not applicable for bouquets that are already in the production process or have been completed.
- • Refunds are also not applicable if the customer provides incorrect delivery information (e.g., invalid address or recipient contact).
6. Claims and Complaints
- • Claims regarding damage or mistakes in the bouquet must be reported to the admin within 12 hours of delivery or pickup.
- • Proof, such as photos, must be provided when submitting a claim.
